Shop cockpit for small online stores

Summit view for
your store.

ALPSCREEN shows you every morning, at a glance, where your store really stands: revenue, true margin per product, ad spend, returns. Instead of a fog of numbers no one reads — once it's set up, it runs on its own.

€300/month · everything included · no setup fee

No tool to build yourself. No meetings required. GDPR-compliant.

“My revenue is growing — but there's nothing left at the end of the month.”

Sound familiar? It's almost never the revenue. It's that the numbers that matter are scattered across five tools — and no one pulls them together and reads them every day.Revenue without margin is like altitude without visibility: half the truth.

Anyone who can read this chain sees in 30 seconds where a store is losing money. ALPSCREEN reads it for you — every morning.

No mockup. No video. Real.

This cockpit runs on autopilot around the clock.

What you see here is our public demo store “PulsPeak” — the cockpit builds and updates itself continuously — several times a day, without a human touching it. Scroll in, hover over the charts: this is exactly what your report looks like.

What you get every morning

What your cockpit flags for you

Not another dashboard to interpret. The cockpit reads your numbers itself and tells you in plain words where to act — these are exactly the kinds of things it surfaces every morning, automatically:

! Act

A "bestseller" is burning money. A product looks great on revenue but loses money after shipping, returns and fees — the cockpit computes the real margin per product.

▲ Watch

Your return rate is tipping. A silent leak that eats your margin — long before you notice it in revenue.

✓ All good

Your ads are profitable. ROAS is above your break-even — this is where you can step on the gas instead of braking.

Examples of the kind of alerts — your cockpit runs on your real numbers. See it live in the public demo above.

What the cockpit measures

The numbers that actually matter

Revenue is vanity metric number one — a shop can go under with plenty of revenue. ALPSCREEN reads the numbers that decide whether you make a profit:

01

Real margin per product

Contribution after cost of goods, shipping, returns and fees — not the gross price.

02

Break-even ROAS

1 ÷ margin. Below this number your ads lose money — above it they start to earn.

03

POAS, not ROAS

Profit instead of revenue on ad spend. ROAS flatters; POAS tells the truth.

04

Return rate

The silent leak: one extra percentage point often eats several hundred euros of margin a month.

05

Average order value

The cheapest lever in the shop — a bigger basket costs €0 in ads.

06

CAC vs. CLV

What a new customer costs versus what they bring. Below the 3× rule of thumb, scaling gets dangerous.

07

Conversion rate

Too low? Often not a traffic problem, but a trust problem.

08

Profit after your own pay

The most honest number: what's really left at month's end — after everything, including your own work.

A cockpit exactly like this — every morning, for your store.

How you get your cockpit

1

You send exports

An order export from your store (Shopify, WooCommerce) plus your purchase prices. No access to your system needed, no installation. Before anything starts, we take a quick look at your numbers — if ALPSCREEN isn't a fit for your store, we'll tell you honestly.

2

We set it up

We build your cockpit, check every number against your reality, and tune the alert rules with you. All in writing, all documented.

3

It runs. Every morning.

Your numbers reach us automatically — through a one-time export setup or a read-only connection. Your report arrives on its own and flags itself when a product burns money or returns spike. You take care of nothing.

What lands in your inbox

This is what your morning looks like

No login, no searching, no interpreting. The finished report arrives every morning on its own — and only speaks up when it matters.

A product is burning ad budget. After costs it's in the red — the concrete € lever is in the cockpit.

Why ALPSCREEN?

Autopilot, not a tool

There are plenty of analytics tools — looked at once, never set up. ALPSCREEN isn't another dashboard to build yourself; it's the finished, running operation. You just look at it.

Honest numbers

If a number is missing, we show “—” instead of a guess. If a margin can't be right, the report stops rather than lie to you. That's a principle, not a feature.

Runs reliably

Self-monitoring and failure alerts: if data is ever missing, the system reliably tells you instead of quietly showing wrong numbers. Built with the precision of mechanical engineering.

Privacy home advantage

German-run and GDPR-compliant. Your numbers are processed in Germany, where they belong. Communication is async — no meetings, no calls required.

ALPSCREEN isn't an anonymous tool: it's built and run personally by Tom Gebauer, a one-person business from Siegen, Germany. The demo above updates itself publicly and verifiably — that's exactly how transparently I work with your numbers.

Who ALPSCREEN is for — and who it isn't

Better honest upfront than disappointed later. If it doesn't fit your shop, we'll tell you — before you pay.

A fit, if you …

  • run a small-to-mid online shop (Shopify, WooCommerce) in the DACH region
  • advertise on Meta or Google and want to know what actually earns margin
  • are a merchant, not a numbers person — with no time for spreadsheets
  • want a system that just runs, without you tending to it

Not (yet) a fit, if you …

  • are looking for a dashboard to build and maintain yourself
  • don't run any ads — then the most important lever is missing
  • are a large enterprise with its own BI team
  • prefer gut decisions over numbers

No access needed

You just send export files. We never need access to your shop system — you stay in control.

Honest numbers

If a number is missing, we show "—" instead of a guess. The report won't lie to you.

Your data stays yours

GDPR-compliant, processed in Germany, never resold. Cancel and it's deleted.

What exactly does it cost?

€300 a month, everything included — no setup fee, no hidden costs. 3-month minimum, monthly thereafter.

Which stores is this for?

Small to mid-sized online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You send your export files — we need no access to your system.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days after you send us your data. After that, everything runs automatically, every morning.

Do I have to manage anything?

No — that's exactly the point. We set up, operate, and update. You get the finished report every morning.

What happens to my data?

Your numbers are processed in Germany and used only for your cockpit — never resold, never for advertising. For the analysis we don't need customer names, only order and cost data. If you cancel, your raw data is deleted.

What if it doesn't fit my store?

Before anything starts, we look at your numbers and tell you honestly whether ALPSCREEN will really help you. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so — instead of selling you something that won't help.

Can I cancel?

Yes, monthly after the 3-month minimum. The three months exist because patterns like return or margin trends only show over several weeks — that's when your cockpit delivers its full value. No fine print.

No more flying blind

Take your store to the summit.

Tell us where your store runs — we'll take care of the rest. Within 24 hours (on business days) you'll get a personal reply with the next steps. In writing, clear, no scheduling ping-pong.
